We do not offer returns, but if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may exchange it for store credit within 14 days from the time of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. At this time, we do not accept exchanges on jewelry, signature candles, apparel, or items otherwise specified in the product description.
We do not offer price adjustments. Please click 'Start your exchange' above to process a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping and assumes responsibility for damages that occur in transit. Store credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
Please note that in order to process your exchange, all items must arrive back to our warehouse in new, unused condition, with packing intact, mailed-by 14 days of delivery, and accompanied by the order packing slip.
All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Each item is inspected prior to shipment and packed to ensure safe delivery, it is possible that damage could occur during the shipping process. Shipping damages must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery. Please email email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of the item and include your name, your order number, the issue with your order, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
Once we verify your shipment information, a member of our team will be in touch with return shipping instructions. Once we receive the damaged or incorrect item and properly inspect it, we will replace the item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available then we will issue a store credit or refund your order.
Store credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted.
A return shipping cost will be deducted from your exchange.
IS AN ORDER SLIP REQUIRED?
A packing slip will be included with your shipping label. This must be included in your return.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING?
If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier, as long as it is protected from damages during transit.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY SHIPPING LABEL?
Once you initiate your return through our Returns Center, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will also be sent to your email.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?
Oops! We’re sorry for the mix-up. After starting your return, select ‘received wrong item’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the exchange process. Your preferred item will ship to you once completed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN EXCHANGE?
We ship exchanges once we've received and inspected the original item back in our warehouse. If the item goes out of stock before then, you will receive store credit instead.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds are processed between 7-10 business days upon receipt.
